Data Deletion

Anyone whose data has been stored by Live Miners — whether you're a Page owner using the Service, or a viewer who commented on a connected Facebook Live — can request that your data be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to mark.anthony.rivas89@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:

Your name (or the name shown on the Facebook comment, if you're requesting deletion of a comment/claim record).
Your Facebook profile link or user ID, if known.
The name of the Facebook Page the Live broadcast was on, so we can locate the right records.
Roughly when the comment or broadcast took place.

What gets deleted

Any stored comment text, commenter name/ID, and claim records matched to your request.
If you're a Page owner requesting full account deletion: your entire product catalog, pricing, uploaded photos, live session history, and all associated claims.

Timeframe

We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done.
