Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Live Miners (the "Service"), a tool that helps Facebook Page owners track "mine" claims on their Facebook Live comments. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for Facebook Page owners and their authorized staff who sell products through Facebook Live broadcasts. You must have the authority to connect the Facebook Page you use with the Service.

Your account and access key

Access to your dashboard and mobile capture app is protected by a shared access key. You are responsible for keeping this key confidential and for all activity that occurs using it. Notify us immediately at mark.anthony.rivas89@gmail.com if you believe your key has been exposed.

Acceptable use

Facebook data

The Service reads comment data from Facebook Live videos on Pages you connect, in order to detect purchase claims. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

No guarantee of accuracy

Claim detection is automated and may occasionally mismatch, miss, or misattribute a comment — for example, when a comment doesn't include a recognized product code, or when Facebook withholds a commenter's identity due to their own privacy settings. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting claims before relying on them for order fulfillment.

Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the Service depends in part on Facebook's own platform and API availability, which is outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or if required to do so by Facebook's own platform policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to missed, incorrect, or delayed claim detection.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
